Summary of Rental Qualifications and Application Process

Required Information:

Government issued ID and proof of income (3 most recent pay stubs, 6 month bank statements, tax returns, voucher, award letter, etc.).

Contact information for your last 2 landlords

All applicants 18+ must apply and pay a $50 application fee (non-refundable).

Pet Applications

• 4 pets max (under 20 lbs each)

• 2 pets max (20–50 lbs each)

• 1 pet max (up to 70 lbs)

Each property may have specific requirements based on layout, community guidelines, or insurance considerations.

Common Reasons to be Declined

We've excited to welcome you to your new home. Please use the checklist below as a guideline for a seamless introduction to your rental property:

Incomplete application, evictions, collections from landlords, credit score below 600, insufficient income, and unqualified occupants.

Within the last 7 years, any felonies of illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance, felonies resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or destruction of property for example, "arson".

Any sexual related offenses.
